Spark Property Solutions TEAM
Freshly rebranded and launched in 2024 as Spark Property Solutions, LLC, Greg Curtin and his wife, Kim, have been investing in real estate and managing property since 2009 when they bought their very first investment property near Boston, MA. From there, they learned many of the ins and outs of real estate investing, as well as the good, the bad, AND the ugly of property management. By starting off completing as much of the hands-on tasks that they could handle on their own, to growing an ever-so-necessary team that ensures the success of their business, the Curtin's main objective is to keep all of the properties running at 100%.
After 14 years in the business, they have decided to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise in real estate, and to extend their professional management skills to other property owners. By utilizing and combining new tech with some old but proven tactics to best suit the needs of BOTH landlords and tenants across the commonwealth, Greg and Kim are confident that their services will take property management to the next level.
